Nashville and the rest of the northern half of Middle Tennessee could see a light dusting on rooftops, automobiles and grassy areas.
While we do not expect travel trouble in the Nashville area, temperatures will drop to freezing or slightly below so do be careful especially on bridges and overpasses.
Roads may become dangerous on the Cumberland Plateau.
Cold, gusty winds will continue through Wednesday with highs only reach the low 40s.
A big warm-up is expected toward the weekend with highs in the upper 60s to near 70s.
