Lady Vols win SEC regular season championship

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -

8th ranked Tennessee beat 13th ranked Texas A&M 82-72 Thursday night in Knoxville.

The victory gives the Lady Vols the SEC's regular season title in Holly Warlick's first season as Tennessee's Head Coach.

Kamiko Williams scored a career-high 18 for the Lady Vols, but the biggest performance belonged to Cierra Burdick with 15 points and 14 rebounds.

With the win Tennessee is (23-5,14-1) and the Lady Vols are the number one seed in the SEC Tournament which begins next Wednesday.
