Ten-year-old Jamea Lee recently underwent a lifesaving heart transplant at Vanderbilt.

A benefit dinner is scheduled for a Columbia girl who underwent a life saving heart transplant recently.
The dinner for Jamea Lee will be held on March 3 at the UAW Hall in Spring Hill, located at 125 Town Center Parkway beginning at 5 p.m.
In addition to dinner, there will also be live entertainment.
The cost is $25 per ticket.
Prior to her surgery at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, Jamea's heart was only functioning at 14%.
She is currently staying at the Ronald McDonald House.
