A 28-year-old south Nashville man was arrested on Tuesday evening for drug charges.

Authorities seized components used in meth manufacture, mushroom grow containers, four ounces of unlawful psychedelic mushrooms, four ounces of marijuana and several guns at William Brake's home located in the 5500 block of Cane Ridge Road.

Brake acknowledged to police he had cooked meth at the residence in the past and was growing mushrooms.

He faces a number of charges including initiation of the process to manufacture meth, unlawful gun possession in the commission of a dangerous felony, possession of marijuana for resale and possession of unlawful mushrooms.

Brake has since been released on a $10,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 9.
