A new coffee shop is now open in a unique location in downtown Nashville.
ZolliKoffee is located within the Jackalope Brewing Company taproom located at 701 8th Avenue South.
"Coffee and beer have many similarities," said ZolliKoffee owner Zollie Wilson. "We've started a saying around here: 'Two Brews, One Roof.'"
"When Zollie approached us with his idea to incorporate his shop with our taproom space, we found the concept to be really exciting," said Bailey Spaulding, CEO of Jackalope Brewing Company, adding, "Our taproom hours are limited, and by working together we're able to utilize our space to the fullest degree."
In addition to coffee and tea, ZolliKoffee offers homemade baked goodies such as brownies, cakes, and muffins, soups and sandwiches, as well as homemade chai latte, mocha and vanilla syrups.
Wilson plans to begin in-house coffee roasting in the future.
Until then, ZolliKoffee will be offering coffees from Klatch Roasting, which was named Roast Magazine's 2009 Micro Roaster of the Year.
ZolliKoffee's hours are Monday through Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For more information, please contact Zollie Wilson at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the coffee shop at 615-873-4315.
