Man won't faces charges for breaking into plane

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A man who broke into an empty plane parked at the Nashville International Airport last May will only serve 48 hours in jail for unrelated charges.

Ram Porat appeared in a Nashville courtroom on Thursday morning where he pled guilty to unrelated charges of DUI.

Charges tied to the airport incident were dismissed.

In addition to jail time, Porat must also complete community service and will be placed on probation.
