Jarnell Stokes registered his sixth straight double-double and Tennessee beat Vanderbilt 58-46 Wednesday night in Nashville.
Stokes dominated from the beginning with 14 first half points as Tennessee built a 40-28 lead at the half.
The SEC's reigning Player the Week finished with 17 points and 10 rebounds.
Both teams struggled from the floor in the second half barely shooting 30%.
Jordan McRae added 14 points for Tennessee and Trae Golden had 12 for Tennessee. The Vols second straight win improved their record to 13-10, 5-6 in the SEC.
Kedron Johnson was the only Commodore to score in double figures, he had 11.
The loss drops Vanderbilt 9-14, 3-8 in conference play.
