The Leaf Chronicle: Clarksville man charged with child rape

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -

A 39-year-old Clarksville man faces charges of child rape and aggravated sexual battery.

According to a report in the Leaf Chronicle, James Mosley allegedly raped the 11-year-old victim in the fall of 2007.

He remains jailed on a $50,000 bail.
