FAIRVIEW, Tenn. -

Fairview police charged a husband and wife Wednesday in connection to death of a 31-year-old who died from a prescription drug overdose last fall.

Henry Flair, of Fairview, died November 11.  An autopsy revealed a large amount of Oxycodone in his system.

Through the course of the investigation, detectives learned that Flair spent the night before his death at the home of Kerry and Francis Mangrum.

The Mangrums were unable to wake Flair up the next morning but decided not to call 911 for help.

Instead, Kerry Mangrum drove to Flair's mother's home approximately a mile away.

Flair's mother's called 911 when she arrived at the Mangrum's home about 20 minutes later.

Following Flair's death, witnesses told police that Kerry Mangrum told them he'd given Flair three or four Percocet the night before he died.

In addition, responding paramedics stated that they were never alerted to the possibility of an overdose, despite the fact that they remained at the residence for nearly an hour attempting to resuscitate Flair.

Kerry Mangrum, 40, was indicted on one count of second degree murder and one count of reckless homicide.  He is being held in the Williamson County jail on a $250,000 bond.

Francis Mangrum, 39, was indicted as an accessory after the fact.  Her bond was set at $150,000.
