A student at Tennessee State University in Nashville received a citation Monday morning after an incident inside an on campus residence hall. TSU spokesperson Rick DelaHaya told Nashville's News 2 there was a dispute between two students at Boyd Hall. He said one student felt threatened by the other and police were called. There was not an attack and no violence occurred, DelaHaya said.The student was issued a misconduct citation and has since been released.
Last week, police arrested Centerius Bryant, 22, following a fight inside Boyd Hall.
According to a police affidavit, Bryant and the victim fought after Bryant asked the victim if he "had some weed."
Bryant was charged with robbery and vandalism and booked into the Metro jail.
