CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -

Clarksville police charged a man with aggravated assault after he allegedly pulled a gun on a woman his girlfriend had gotten into a fight with online.

According to a report in the Leaf Chronicle, the victim reported to police she had gotten into an argument with Jennifer Clausius on Facebook. The victim added following the incident Clausius and her boyfriend, Marcus Mitchell, came to her home.

The two women are said to have gotten into a physical fight while Mitchell, 20, stayed inside the vehicle.

Clausius eventually ran back and got inside the waiting car, locking the doors.

The newspaper reported the victim banged on the car's window as Mitchell began to leave.

Mitchell then reportedly got out of the car, pushed the victim, pulled out a gun and said, "Hit my car again" before leaving the scene.

Mitchell, whose bond was set at $10,000, was released on his own recognizance.
