Cars sustain fire damage at east Nashville salvage lot - WKRN, Nashville News, Nashville Weather and Sports

Crews battled multiple car fires at an east Nashville auto salvage lot early Friday night.

The fires were reported around 8:15 p.m. at a lot located at 201 Gizzard Avenue, near Dickerson Pike.

Firefighters fought the blaze for more than an hour.

Authorities said at least 18 cars sustained fire damage.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
