Woman charged after using TennCare for fake prescription - WKRN, Nashville News, Nashville Weather and Sports

A Montgomery County woman has been charged one count of TennCare fraud and one count of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.

Amber Norris, 28 of Clarksville used TennCare to pay for a prescription of the painkiller Hydrocodone, which she obtained with a fraudulent prescription.

If convicted, Norris could face a two year jail sentence.
