Franklin police early Tuesday morning arrested a man for his second DUI.
Police clocked Samuel Oechslin, 21, going 90 miles-per-hour on Interstate 65 South near mile marker 63.
Oechslin was taken to Williamson Medical Center where his blood was drawn and it was determined he was intoxicated.
Tennessee law gives officers the right to require such testing of suspects they arrest for a second or subsequent DUI.
Oechslin was charged with his second DUI and speeding, among other charges.
He remains in custody on a $2,500 bond. A February 7 court date has been set.
