Woman drives off roadway, hits light pole

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A woman received minor injuries after driving into a light pole in Antioch Monday morning.

The incident was reported just after 6:30 a.m. along Franklin Limestone Road at Antioch Pike.

According to Metro police, a woman drove off the road and took out a light pole.

The woman was taken to Southern Hills Medical Center to be treated for minor injuries.

The roadway was closed while crews waited for a tow truck to remove her vehicle and clear the scene.

No further details were immediately released.
