Busy roadway in Williamson County to be closed over weekend

FRANKLIN, Tenn. -

The Tennessee Department of Transportation is closing a busy roadway in Williamson County this weekend.

Cool Springs Boulevard will be closed from Mack Hatcher Parkway to Windcross Road beginning at 8 p.m. Friday night.

The roadway will remain closed through 6 a.m. Monday morning as crews install water lines.

Motorists can take Liberty Pike or Franklin Road as an alternate route.
