A Clarksville man wanted for the rape of a 13-year-old boy has been charged after he was found in Oklahoma.
Thomas Roberts, 34, was located in an Oklahoma jail. He was returned to Tennessee earlier this week to be charged.
Late last year, the teenage victim informed a counselor that Roberts raped him in July, August and September of 2009.
The boy said the events took place at his mother's home in Clarksville.
Tennessee officials found Roberts in Oklahoma through a national database search.
He was charged with child rape and booked into the Montgomery County jail on a $75,000 bail Tuesday.
