A student at Franklin County High School in Winchester is facing criminal charges after he allegedly trespassed at two Franklin County schools and impersonated a school resource officer.
According to Thunder Radio in Manchester, 18-year-old Charles Marston was arrested Tuesday after entering Decherd Elementary and North Middle schools.
Officials say he was telling people he was the next school resource officer.
Upon searching his vehicle, officials discovered an air BB gun.
Marston also allegedly signed in as a visitor at another school and attended a pep rally.
He was charged with criminal impersonation and booked into the Franklin County jail.
