Home destroyed by fire northwest of Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Fire destroyed a home on Sulpher Creek Road northwest of Nashville late Wednesday morning.

The blaze broke out around 11:45 a.m.

The house was fully engulfed when crews arrived on the scene.

It was not immediately clear if anyone was home when the fire began or if there were injuries.
