MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -
A Rutherford County School is working to determine where two bullets found inside the school came from.
A student at Blackman Elementary in Murfreesboro discovered two .22 caliber bullets in the hallway near the fourth grade classrooms Monday.
School administration and a School Resource Officer searched every locker and classroom as a precaution.
A letter was sent home to parents notifying them of the incident, however some parents contacted Nashville's News 2 Tuesday night and said they did not receive the letters.
No additional information was released.
