A Memphis nurse and his wife are offering a $100,000 reward for Holly Bobo's abductor to turn himself into authorities.
Holly Bobo, now 22, was abducted from her Decatur County home in April 2011.
Her brother said he saw her being led into the woods by a man wearing camouflage.
Thurstle Mullen told the Jackson Sun Bobo's caught his attention since he works as a nurse, a career Bobo was attending college to get her degree in.
"My whole idea is to do something that has never been done before," Mullen told the newspaper, adding, "A reward is never offered to someone who turns themselves in."
The west Tennessee man said the person must provide proof they are the abductor, as well as plead guilty before being given the money.
A $25,000 reward will be given to the abductor when he turns himself in.
The remainder of the money will then be deposited monthly in a fixed amount based on the person's sentence.
"The hope is still there," Mullen said told the newspaper.
Mullen and his wife met with the Bobo family in August and received their permission to offer the reward.
Holly is five foot, three inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.
She has blue eyes and shoulder-length blonde hair and was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans and black flip flops.
A previous reward of $250,000 for her safe return is still being offered.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
