Now's the time to start planning for your child's summer fun! Get off to a flying start at Nashville Parent's Summer Camp Adventure Fair 2013 taking place Saturday, Feb. 2 from 10 - 3 p.m. at Cool Springs Galleria's first floor Center Court and surrounding areas.
Representatives from more than 60 residential camps, local day camps and summer programs will take part in this year's Camp Fair, providing information for parents and fun for kids. From wilderness treks, sports and outdoor adventures to dance, music and gymnastics, families can find the ideal camp program for children ages 4 -18.
"Our Summer Camp Adventure Fair is one of the biggest camp fairs in the country," says Nashville Parent Publisher Stewart Day. "Parents and kids can meet one-on-one with camp directors both locally and across the United States to discover all the wonderful opportunities for kids this summer," he adds.
New this year, kids ages 6 - 12 can have a blast in the Adventure Play Area, boasting inflatables, face painters and more. More than $1,000 in camp scholarships will be given away, as well as tons of other great prizes.
