NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
More rain is expected in Middle Tennessee Sunday before temperatures drop 20 degrees by the afternoon.
Rainfall is expected to continue until late Sunday night.
A flash flood watch remains in effect for parts of Middle Tennessee, including Bedford, Davidson, Rutherford and Williamson counties, among others, Sunday.
Some of the rainfall is expected to be heavy and could cause flooding in flood prone areas, as well as along streets and rivers.
In Dickson, several roads are closed due to flooding. Motorists are urged to drive with caution.
Overnight temperatures east and southeast of Nashville are expected to be in the mid-30s.
On Monday and Tuesday more rain with pockets of sleet is a possibility.
