2 women wanted for stealing UGG boots from Murfreesboro Belk


Murfreesboro police are working to identify two women accused of stealing two pairs of UGG boots valued at $250 each from Belk last month.

The incident occurred on December 14 at the retailer located at 2615 Medical Center Parkway.

Authorities said a loss prevention officer went outside the store in an attempt to stop the pair from fleeing the scene.

As the security officer approached the vehicle the women were in, the driver reportedly accelerated and drove towards him.

The store employee reported to responding police he had to quickly move out of the way to avoid being struck.

The pair was last seen left the scene in a black Chrysler Sebring.

Both suspects are believed to be between 20 and 25 years old.

One of the women is around five feet, five inches tall and weighs around 145 pounds. She was wearing a red jacket and black pants at the time of the incident.

The second suspect is around five feet, seven inches tall and weighs around 165 pounds. She was last seen wearing a multi-colored jacket and black pants.
