2 injured in I-40 rollover

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Two people were injured in a rollover crash on Interstate 40 in downtown Nashville Friday morning.

The wreck occurred around 8:50 a.m. in the westbound lanes at mile marker 209.

Westbound traffic was affected with right lane blocked.

Neither patient was seriously injured but both were taken to the hospital as a precaution.

The crash has since been cleared and interstate reopened.
