Middle Tennessee reaches 13 wins

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -

Middle Tennessee handled Florida Atlantic 62-52 Thursday night in Murfreesboro for the Blue Raiders 13th win of the season.

The Blue Raiders also improved to 5-1 in the Sun Belt Conference.

Middle struggled form the perimeter hitting only two of 13 shots from three point range, but made up for it shooting 50% from the field for the game.

The Raiders also dominated inside outscoring the Owls 34-10 in the paint.

Marcos Knight had 13 points to lead the way, Neiko Hunter had 12.
