Carrie Underwood sells Franklin home for $372K - WKRN, Nashville News, Nashville Weather and Sports

Country superstar Carrie Underwood has sold her Franklin home for just over $372,000.

According to Zillow.com, Underwood purchased the nearly 3,000 square-foot home in 2005 following her win on "American Idol."

The home, located on Calreece Park Place, was built in 1998 and features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a library.

Underwood originally placed the home up for sale in 2011 and has since purchased a home in Brentwood.

She and her husband, hockey player Mike Fisher, have also purchased 400 acres of land in Franklin where they plan to build a home.
