NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

If you're tired of the treadmill or other standard gym equipment, Sky High Sports in Nashville has an alternative workout for you.

Inside the 50,000 square foot park there are more than 200 trampolines, spread from the walls to the floors.  They are plenty of fun for the kids, but they also offer AiRobics for the adults.

"You can burn up to 1,000 calories per class, it does a lot of core strengthening, a lot of leg strengthening while also being a major cardio [workout]," instructor Logan Keyser told Nashville's News 2.

He added that the workout is high intensity, but low impact, which makes it appealing to people of all ages.

One of the biggest challenges with sticking to New Year's resolutions is finding a workout regime that you can enjoy.

Keyser says that's why Sky High works.

"When you have something that's fun to do, people are going to stick with it, people are going to keep coming back," he said.

Sky High is located off of Harding Place.  Classes for AiRobics are $9.
