TROUSDALE COUNTY, Tenn. -
A three car collision claimed the life of a 21-year-old man and injured three others in Trousdale County Wednesday afternoon.
The accident was reported around 3:30 p.m. near the Highway 25 and 231 intersection.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, William Inabinet was traveling north on Highway 231 when he and another vehicle traveling southbound struck each other head on.
Authorities said it remains unclear which vehicle crossed the center line.
A third vehicle involved in the accident also struck Inabinet's 2000 Ford Ranger PK.
Authorities said Inabinet was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Drugs or alcohol are not believed to have played a role in the accident.
