Clarksville police say speed and alcohol are possible factors in an accident that sent three men to the hospital early Monday morning in Clarksville.
According to a news release, a 23-year-old man driving a pickup truck along the 101st Airborne Division Parkway was rear-ended by a 31-year-old man driving a Chrysler Sebring at a high rate of speed.
The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of the 101st Parkway and Peachers Mill Road.
Officials say the 31-year-old was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center via LifeFlight to be treated for a head injury.
The 23-year-old and his 32-year-old passenger were taken to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Officials say speed and alcohol were likely factors.
