Madison man critically injured in shooting dies

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

An 18-year-old Madison man critically wounded after he was shot Wednesday evening in north Nashville has died.

The shooting occurred at 400 East Nocturne Drive around 6:45 p.m., police said.

Victim Stephen Milliken was transported by personal vehicle to Skyline Medical Center and later to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died.

The investigation into the murder is ongoing.

A witness told police he and Milliken had gone to the apartment complex to sell recording equipment to two men.

Upon arrival the pair was approached by two suspects who robbed them and then opened fire.

The suspects are described as black males, around six feet tall.  Both men are said to have tattoos on their face.
