Estill Springs fire chief dies after falling from ladder

ESTILL SPRINGS, Tenn. -

Estill Springs Fire Chief Anthony Lowhorn died on Tuesday after he fell from a ladder.

Authorities said Lowhorn was attempting to change flood lights at his home when he fell.

Lowhorn is said to have sustained a serious head injury.

He was transported to Southern Tennessee Medical Center where he died.

Funeral arrangements remain incomplete.
