Storms expected to affect travel at BNA

Posted:
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A large powerful storm system bringing snow and tornadoes to parts of the country will likely affect air travel Tuesday and Wednesday.

Some flights out of Nashville International Airport could be delayed or canceled.

Some of the airlines like Delta, USAir, and United, have announced that passengers could change their flight plans for free if flying to, from, or through affected cities.

Some of those areas include cities in Oklahoma, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Indiana.

This applies to passengers traveling on Christmas Day and Thursday on some airlines.

For more information, visit the Web sites for Delta Airlines, USAir, or United.
