Murfreesboro student spells out alleged shooting threat in toilet paper

A threatening message spelled out in toilet paper has landed a Murfreesboro teen in jail.

According to the WGNS Radio, a 14-year-old Blackman Middle School student spelled out a message on the floor of a bathroom stating "Bring Gun…Shoot HR." The "HR" is believed to stand for "home room."

The teen was identified after a brief investigation by the school's resource officer.

Police searched the teen's home but did not find any weapons.

The teen told deputies he was possessed by demons.

WGNS Radio reported that his parents are working with juvenile courts.   A mental evaluation is planned.
