NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Small hail has been reported in many areas of Middle Tennessee Monday afternoon.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 7 p.m. However, most storms will be east of Nashville by 4 p.m.

Counties west of Nashville have already been dropped from the watch, and additional counties will be dropped as the storms pass.

There still could be some leftover scattered rain showers Thursday evening as cooler air pushes in.

For the Titans/Jets on Monday Night Football, temperatures will be falling from the 50s at game time to 40s during the second half, with about a 20% chance for a shower during the game.

Lisa Patton will have the latest on Nashville's News 2 at 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
