Shelbyville Times-Gazette: Food plant brings 48 jobs to Lewisburg

LEWISBURG, Tenn. -

A new food manufacturing plant will bring 48 jobs to Lewisburg in the near future.

According to a report in the Shelbyville Times-Gazette, Imperial Food Services will open a facility at the I-65 Commerce Park.

The company announced their $3 million investment plan on Thursday alongside state officials.

Officials said the new 60,000 square foot facility should be complete next summer.

Applications will be accepted beginning July 1, 2013.
