Pizza delivery man robbed at Mt. Juliet apartment complex

Mt. Juliet police are continuing to investigate after a pizza delivery man was robbed by two men at an area apartment complex on Tuesday night.

The incident was reported around 11 p.m. at Forrest View Apartments after the 36-year-old victim completed a delivery at the complex.

According to police, the victim, whose identity was not released, was walking to his vehicle when he was approached by two suspects.

One of the men, who was armed, demanded the delivery man's cash. The victim complied.

Once receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the men fled the scene on foot.

Police said the first suspect is described as a black male with a thin build. He is around five feet, seven inches tall and weighs around 145 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and had an orange bandana covering his face.

The second suspect is described as a black male with a heavy build. He is around six feet, two inches tall and 230 pounds. During the incident he was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants and a blue bandana covering his face.

No injuries were reported.
