Police arrested a 20-year-old Clarksville woman during the early morning hours Friday for driving under the influence.
It was Jessica Fugate's second DUI arrest in Clarksville in less than a week.
According to an incident report, an officer pulled over Fugate after she was observed traveling the wrong direction on Interstate 24.
Fugate told the officer she did not know she was traveling the wrong way and mentioned she thought she was near an exit 20 miles away. She stated she had two glasses of wine earlier in the evening.
Fugate was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. She was booked into the Montgomery County jail on a $10,000 bond.
Fugate was also arrested for DUI on Saturday, November 24, six days earlier.
