NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
A historic building located in the heart of downtown Nashville sold for just more than $2 million in an auction Thursday.
The Hooper Building located on Second Avenue covers three floors and covers around 43,000 square-feet, as well as features a roof top bar and spectacular view of the Cumberland.
Despite the prime location, the building is in need of plenty of repairs and renovations.
The building's new owner, who paid $2.3 million dollars for the property, did not want to be identified.
Currently Ultra Violet Night Club is the building's only tenant.
The Hooper Building formerly housed the popular Graham Central Station night club in the late 90s.
