1 injured in Nashville shooting

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

One person was injured after shots were fired at a Nashville gas station Tuesday night.

The shooting was reported at the Mapco located in the 2800 block of Smith Springs Road just before 8 p.m.

Authorities told Nashville's News 2 the victim, whose identity was not immediately released, sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Officers are continuing to search for a suspect.

No additional information was released.
