CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -
A 21-year-old woman died from her injuries sustained in a single car crash on Thursday.
The accident involving Amber Webster occurred in the 600 block of Ringgold Road on Sunday just after 3 a.m.
Police said Webster was traveling south on the roadway when she lost control of her 2005 Suzuki Firenza for an unknown reason and struck a utility pole.
Webster was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville with severe injuries.
She died around 2 p.m. Thursday.
Police said speed played a factor in the accident.
Webster was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
