2 injured in single car crash in Putnam County

PUTNAM COUNTY, Tenn. -

Two people were injured in a single car accident in Putnam County on Wednesday night.

Authorities reported the accident occurred around 7 p.m. on Highway 70, near Bryant Ridge Road.

Two people were airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.

Their identities or conditions were not immediately released.
