Alert issued for 3-year-old boy in West Tenn.

Daniel Chandler was last seen on November 5 with his non-custodial mother Jolene Chandler.

An endangered child alert was issued for a three-year-old boy on Monday night from West Tennessee.

Authorities said Daniel Chandler was last seen on November 5 with his non-custodial mother Jolene Chandler.

Daniel is described as a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is around three feet tall and weighs 35 pounds.

His non-custodial mother, Jolene, also has blonde hair and five feet tall and weighs 115 pounds.

Police believe the pair may be traveling in a green Nissan Altima in Tennessee tags ending 40P.

Anyone with information on Daniel or Jolene's whereabouts is urged to contact the Haywood County Sheriff's Office at 731-432-9718 or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
