CROSSVILLE, Tenn. -
Two Crossville men pulled a woman from her burning home in Cumberland County Thursday morning.
Crews responded to the fire around 9:30 a.m. at the home located in the 3200 block of Highway 70 North. Fire crews had the flames under control within 10 minutes.
According to the Knoxville News Sentinel, two men stopped and pulled Jennifer Simoneau, 25, out of the home before the firefighters arrived on scene.
The two Crossville men were identified as Brence Treadway and Stanley Walker.
Simoneau was transported via helicopter to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Her condition was not immediately released.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
