ATLANTA -
Former Lady Vols player Chamique Holdsclaw was taken into police custody Thursday night for aggravated assault.
According to WATE-TV, police responded to an alleged incident involving Holdsclaw and her former girlfriend Jennifer Lacy earlier in the day.
Holdsclaw is accused of shooting into Lacy's SUV and breaking out the vehicle's windows with a baseball bat.
Lacy was not injured in the incident.
Holdsclaw played 12 seasons in the WNBA and four years at UT. While at the Knoxville university she won four national titles in the mid 90s.
She remains jailed on a $10,000
