Police arrested and charged a Murfreesboro mother after her newborn twins tested positive for cocaine and opiates.
According to the arrest report, Laura Agnor gave birth to the babies on September 5 and they remain in a "medically fragile state."
The 29-year-old was indicted this month on two counts each of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
She was booked into the Rutherford County jail on a $20,000 bond.
Agnor will appear in court on November 19.
