Pedestrian hit, killed on interstate in Dickson - WKRN, Nashville News, Nashville Weather and Sports

A pedestrian was killed in an accident along Interstate 40 in Dickson late Sunday night.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported 35-year-old Daniel Bledsoe was attempting to cross the eastbound lanes of traffic on I-40 around 10 p.m. when he was struck near mile marker 172.

All eastbound lanes were shutdown for approximately two hours while crews worked the scene.  

The drivers of the two tractor trailers involved were not injured.

No additional information was released.
