With a forecasted high temperature in Nashville of 73° for both Saturday & Sunday, we will be running a good 10 degrees higher than normal for this time of year.
On Sunday, winds will pick up out of the south 15-25 mph out ahead of a strong cold front.
Notice the forecasted high for Billings, MT on the map to the right: 20°. That's the anticipated HIGH today!
That cold front will push into Middle Tennessee early Monday morning dropping temperatures to low to mid 50s for highs most of this week with a freeze in store Monday and Tuesday nights (Tuesday & Wednesday mornings).
A line of showers and thunderstorms should push in well after midnight Sunday night into early Monday morning. Although there could be some gusty winds with a few of those storms, no significant severe weather is expected.
A chilly rain will continue during the day on Monday as the cold air gushes in!
