Woman charged with stabbing boyfriend at Lebanon home

LEBANON, Tenn. -

A Wilson County woman was taken into police custody on Sunday night for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend at their home.

According to a report in the Lebanon Post, officers were called to University Medical Center just after Midnight regarding a 27-year-old man receiving medical attention for a stab wound.

Officers reported upon their arrival, victim James Waters refused to provide any information regarding how he sustained the injury.

Waters was eventually airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville for additional treatment.

During their investigation, police determined 24-year-old Rosaline Hastings stabbed Waters at their residence located in the 700 block of Vincent Cason Avenue.

Hastings is charged with aggravated domestic assault and tampering with evidence.

Police said Hastings was previously arrested in 2008 for allegedly stabbing also Waters.
