Father, son involved in stabbing

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Metro police are investigating a domestic stabbing that happened overnight Saturday on Welshwood Drive.

Police told Nashville's News 2 the two men got into an argument before it escalated into a physical fight. Investigators also said the son is the suspect in the case.

Both men were transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The father has since been released.

No other information was readily available.
